We have spent 6 years on my husband's VA claim. For 4 years his case was in Washington and the VA reported that
the CURR could not verify any of his stressors. Within 2 weeks I was able to verify three of seven stressors through your site.
Thank You! I could only afford to subscribe for a month, but the price was worth it.

I have just agreed to be the "Historian" for the 12th Marine Regiment Association.
Your site has already helped me to answer questions from our "Former" Marines that could not have
been answered without your great work. Without you and your great site, my task would be impossible.

David - as of tonight I will have gained all the research that I needed and more. Therefore, I stopped the monthly subscription. The website is
exceptional and the files brought back a lot of memories-some good, some bad. Anyway I wanted to thank you for allowing me to gain this information
and I have referred the site to at least three other Marines with high recommendations. Thanks again.

As a writer I have found the Vietnam Files invaluable in my research for my forth coming book/CD
on An Hoa Combat Base and U.S. Marines in Quang Nam Province. I have discovered many answers to

Sir; I thank you!! This is the most and best information and guidance anyone has given me.
I have been going through some very difficult health situations over the years, while raising
two children on my own, so for me this has been a slow process, but I have done some requesting
that never seemed to go anywhere. I even wrote a complete history of that time period and submitted
that to the Marine Corps Historical Division, for the same reason I wrote you – that it seems to
have been omitted – but I never even got an answer back from them though I do know that they did
indeed receive it. So once I again I say thank you. I will follow up on all your advice.

Subject: VA claim approved !!!!!
We just got the letter form Oakland this afternoon. My husband was approved for
50% disability for PTSD and 10% for hearing loss. They said "We granted
service connection for post traumatic stress disorder. You have submitted
additional statements and documentation ....Specifically, the de-certified
documents show that there were rocket and mortar attacks upon your station
while you were serving in Vietnam.
Bingo, we did it. I am so happy that he is finally recognized.
Thank you for all your help and I will be happy to help you in promoting
your web site. I know it works.

customer support on the ‘net as I have had some problems in the past with other sites’
customer support. Just want you to know that the service you’re providing with the
Marine Corps Vietnam documents has been a really tremendous asset to my research about the
unit I served with in Vietnam and your reasonable subscription prices are greatly appreciated.

For the record, I think that your guide to perusing the vast database called thevietnamfiles
is really very good -- clear, concise writing, well-illustrated graphics and links to similar records.
Just wanted to let you know that I think you're doing a great job with the web site.
I found a total of 26 documents that pertain to the time in question.
