TVF Privacy policy

We take your privacy seriously. Because we gather certain types of information about our users we want to help you understand the terms and conditions surrounding the collection and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses the types of information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it. 1. What information does TVF collect?

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to verify available funds for the service we provide. We collect standard credit card verification information such as: name, address, phone, and card details including the CVV2/CVC2 number on the back of the card.  This piece of information is required as it provides a layer of protection whereby you must have the credit card in your possession to read the value, or previously wrote that number down. 


2. How does TVF protect this information?

From the moment you click on a link, which opens up a page where we gather information, whether it is financial or simply feedback, that information is encrypted using the industry standard 128-bit SSL security.  You can be sure that if by some minute chance a hacker/cracker is able to copy that information while it’s being transferred between our server & your browser, they will spend the better part of 200 trillion years trying to decode the encrypted information. 

 
  3. What is TVF's practice regarding cookies?

Your Internet browser has a feature called "cookies" which stores small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to our site. Cookies are required to complete the sign up process & to login and view the archives. Cookies are used to tell the server that you are browser ‘4-45578791’ so it will remember that you already provided your log-in credentials and allow you to view the archive, or that you’ve already submitted your contact information & it knows to attach your financial information to your contact info.  Below is an example of a cookie given by our server:

We also automatically receive and record information from our servers and from your browser, including your IP address, the time of your visit to pages on our site, and information about pages you visited. Unless you have signed up for service, the information we gather through the use of tracking technologies cannot be matched with any personally identifiable information about you.  Once you have ‘registered’ subsequent browsing is logged and attached to the user; this is to prevent more than one person from using the service at a time..

We use cookies and tracking technologies in a variety of ways, including:

·        Keeping count of return visits to our site

·        Accumulating and reporting statistical information on Web site and advertisement usage

·        Remember the user so they don’t have to enter their credentials with every request for docs

·        Keep track of information you’ve already entered to maintain your profile which you can update/delete at anytime yourself.

 


4. How does TVF use the information?

We use the information we gather for four general purposes:

·        To enable TVF to receive payments for service rendered

·        To customize content you see

·        To fulfill your requests for service, such as viewing the archives

·        To create a general demographic analysis of browsers & visitors.  We can tailor the site for trends we see forming.  i.e. We can determine that 95% of the browsers are newer than Internet Explorer  version 4 and create a more dynamic & visually appealing site using more features available to new browsers.

 


5. How does TVF share the information

 
We will make your personally identifiable information available to other parties only in the case of responding to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process; or we believe that your actions violate applicable laws, TVF's Terms of Use or in prosecuting fraud.

6. How can I view and/or update my personally identifiable information?

You can view or change the information collected during ordering/registration. Simply log-in to the web site and your see an option to modify your personal information. Users may change information at any time and as often as necessary. Users who are experiencing problems with our services or who have questions about how our services work can contact us using e-mail addresses at the bottom of this page. We do not offer users a means by which to completely delete personal information established at the time of registration.  That information is needed for financial reasons and periodic audits.

 


7. How will I know if the privacy policy is changed?

Any modifications to our privacy practices will be reflected first within this area of our network of Web sites. If there is a material change in our privacy practices, we will indicate on our sites that our privacy practices have changed and provide a link to the new privacy statement. If we are going to be using the information collected from users in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection we will send affected users written notice by email of the change.

 


8. Privacy of children

Our site is not intended for children under the age of 18. We will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from, anyone under 18 years of age.
